I'm a Senior Design Leader with 14+ years experience supporting diverse UX Design teams in the tech industry, at Meta, Amazon, GoDaddy, and more.

 

I take a human-first approach in my design strategies, and with the people I support. My teams build products that raise the bar for what customers need and deserve. I excel at design operations and building frameworks and mechanisms that enable teams to scale at a global level. I create team cultures that attract and retain the worlds' best design talent.

 

I have a passion for mentorship and supporting my teams, my peers, my students, and those at any phase in the design community to develop their skills to grow in their careers, and successfully influence end to end user experiences.
